We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo. How about you, you, you?

We took our annual trip to the zoo with Jonathan's parents. Haven enjoyed it so much more this year. She showed more interest in the animals. Levi seemed to enjoy himself as much as any one year old could.

We were comparing her hands to his foot.

Levi had to eat on the run, or ride I suppose.

Michael liked pushing the stroller. It either had Haven or the backpack in it.
Lunch of champions :o) She ate it on the run. She is showing us that it is as big as her.

Every year we seem to end up at Texas Roadhouse after the Zoo. This year was no exception. This is the third year in a row we have been able to celebrate Haven's birthday by letting her sit on the saddle.

Levi enjoying a rib bone. He licked them up!

Tubes

A couple of weeks ago, Levi had tubes placed in his ears. We got some pictures of him in his cute little gown. The back was open like an adults. He didn't need the hat, but of course we had to see what he looked like in it.

Easter

A bit on the late side I know, but here are the Easter pictures.
Grandma dying eggs with Haven and Michael.

Haven got a new DVD....
and Levi got some drums.
Grandma Fry brought some sunglasses and cute PJ's for Haven. Levi got a cute set of PJ's too.
Haven dug into the Easter basket Grandma and Grandpa Young got her.
Levi dug into the eggs full of goodies.
We had to vacuum after he spread them and crushed them.
There was a hat that came with Haven's Easter basket, so we all took turns trying it on.

Haven went Easter egg hunting in her new PJ's and hat.

Levi didn't care for the grass so...
daddy had to hold him up to get the egg.

After we hid them outside, we came inside.
Haven hid them from Michael. Three were hidden in the slide :o)

Old News

Here are some old pictures from the past month or so that I have just not gotten around to post until today!
Levi loved putting his mouth on the bubbles.

Every time I look at her I think "What a beautiful daughter God has given me!" She is beautiful on the inside and outside. She has such a playful, happy spirit.
Haven and her bunny were playing with play-doh.

Haven having fun, Levi not so much :o)
He enjoys being free of clothing. Usually he has one sock on and one sock off, or both socks off!
Our books are not longer within his reach! I had to move a ton of books off of the bookshelf and put them away for a time. I put his books up one shelf so he would actually play with them and put a basket of toys on the bottom shelf. Haven has her own shelf. So now it is 2 adult shelves to 3 kids shelves. They do change your house and your lives!
This just cracked me up. For the longest time we had a headless snowman. And then Andrew pointed out that it looks like the snowman impaled itself on a "sword" (stick). The hat is still on our porch. Maybe while I am thinking about it I should just go ahead and bring it in....
