Catching Up

I haven't posted in a while, so here are a few pictures from the past few weeks.  Levi is starting to smile more when he is being talked to.  He coos like a little pigeon.

Haven still loves her baby LeLi.  She loves to wake him up when he is asleep, put his fire (pacifier) in his mouth, and pound him on the back to burp him.  She is showing more signs of jealousy.  If I am rocking or comforting Levi, she wants to climb on my lap too.  A lot of times when I sit down to feed him, she all of a sudden wants a snack too.

Isn't that the best smile!  I have two children with great smiles.  It is God's way of cheering a heart.

Haven got this egg for Easter and it has been one of her favorite toys ever since.  She used to sleep with it.  It's lid screws off and it has a bubble wand.  Now days she loves to blow the bubbles.

Public Works Day

Saturday was Public Works Day and we heard they had free things!   So we walked down town to enjoy the cool breeze and beautiful sunshine.  Here is Haven enjoying a free hot dog.  She ate is like a big girl, bun and hot dog together at the same time.  You can see in the background that sometimes she couldn't quite get all of the bun.  She also got a free coloring book, stickers and of course a balloon!

There is a caboose near the library that I always see and have wondered what it was like inside.  They had it opened this weekend so that the children could explore it.  Of course I wanted to explore too.

They had a ton of big trucks and machinery that you could climb up on.  Some kids would honk the horns.  Daddy chose this big machine in which to get their picture taken.

Poor Levi pretty much stayed like this the whole time.  He did wake up from time to time.

Silly Face Messy Face

Here are some of the many faces of Levi.  He is now starting to interact more and make all kinds of faces.  It is so much fun to try and make him smile.  I usually can't get a picture, because I am holding him when he starts to smile.

Here is messy face Haven.  Jonathan was brave and kissed her pizza face.

She was cracking me up.  She stuck a soggy cheerio on her face.

Big Sister Little Brother

Haven has been doing pretty well with our new addition.  She does get jealous when I am feeding Levi or holding him and she is tired and clingy.  She wants me to "move"  him so that she can sit on my lap.  Generally she loves to love on Levi.  Giving him full body hugs, smacking kisses and she asks to hold him.

Chubby Monkey

Levi had his two month appointment today and he had to get three shots :o(  Well he is now 12lbs 12oz.  That was with an empty stomach and a dry diaper!!  He is also 

23 1/2 inches long.  His legs have the cutest rolls, but I couldn't get a picture of them without exposing him.
